We are not nazi and do not support nazis in any way, but we like making fun of them in our maps, therefore you can occasionally find a swastika in them. We think that nazis are stupid people and should be made fun of at every occasion, and the fact that this is a cooperative mapping project between a German and a guy from Florida shows that we do not support the philosophy of hatred towards foreigners and globalization.

Have fun playing!
There are lots of things to toss at your friends, a moody atmosphere, and no access to the outside.

When the Combine came to earth, they forced the human slaves to make them a lot of concrete. But then they figured that their blue Combine steel was much cooler, so they told their slaves to throw all the concrete away. This is what came out of that.

Nobody could explain why such a big drainage system was built at that particular spot, let alone why weapons spawned all over the place. Bring a snorkel with you, you're gonna need it once one of your opponents figures how to trigger the flood trap.

This was once a very prosporous and happy village, until someone named "Father Grigori" became Mayor. And until that Mayor appointed Mevious (sg) to modernize the village's structures. After a rather scary incident with his former girlfriend, a real witch, a fire was lit in the center, and the whole village was damned forever. Rumors say that Left 4 Dead infected are already on their way.

Karl Krieg, retired architect and older brother of Hans Krieg, bought an old train station and had all entrances to it sealed off. It is now in state of decay. Occasionally, gunshots and explosions echo through the area.

A group of free climbing enthusiasts once entered these caves through the open top. Unfortunately for them, they forgot their radios outside, and their ropes all fell down to them. Not knowing how to get out of that place, or how to maintain sanity, they looked for a way to make that place more comfortable for living. Luckily they had everything they needed in their back packs: tonnes of concrete, heavy building machinery, loads of steel, glass plates. Some five years after the incident, the place was rediscovered by another group of free climbing enthusiasts sharing the same fate. You are one of them.

Before the Combine raided Earth, the government of what became City 14 had a habit of spending big sums on completely useless research projects. This ambient radiation scene illumination test facility is located about 20 miles underground. Everything in it is claustrophobic, and you won't need long to find an opponent, or heavy weapons to blow them away.

Government searched for oil here, drilling big holes into the rocks and reinforcing everything with lots of steel. Later it turned out that the team responsible for pinpointing potential oil sources on the map was only trying to buy time for partying. Nobody has since visited that place again.

A group of bored scientists teleported back in time to World War 2 Germany to do some historical research. Seemingly they were not careful enough to not interfere with the people there in any way, because when they returned, their home town was suddenly dead quiet, and didn't look at all anymore as they remembered it. Seemingly there was some kind of civil war going on, with people on both sides reacting so slowly that you can even find concrete bunkers of opposing factions facing each other in close proximity.

This level is so big that you will need quite a few friends to join your game, otherwise you can enjoy a good session of hide and seek. But the vistas in it are quite enjoyable alone too!
