Converter Sources
\\
You can use these sources to recreate the converters shipped with Microbrush 2, or even make new ones for your own data formats.

The API included also allows you to load, save, manipulate or generate VMF files from scratch. There is not just a VMF Parser in it, there are also components that are built on top of that and provide a nice class structure for you to work on.

Ever wanted to make a maze generator for Half-Life 2? How about changing the colors of all lights in that one Counter-Strike map to match your favorite color? Want to make a program that can modify the MB2 output natively? Are you interested in looking behind the scenes?
If so, then this is the right thing for you!

  • fixed output file format version in conversion tools
  • for Microbrush 2.2.1

\
Older Versions
\\
  • for Microbrush 2.2.0
  • for Microbrush 2.1.0
  • includes a new tool, the "VMF Aggregator"
  • much much more verbatim VMF support
Maintenance release, to match with the converters shipped with the MB2 release of that day. The VMF processing is a lot more advanced now. If your download came with an empty Includes directory in the zip archive, just download it again... I forgot it at first. :)
